An effective Safety Management System (SMS) starts with the right safety culture. This course explores the cultural foundations of an effective SMS, then examines each of the elements included in the CAA’s SMS framework.

Based on the SMS in Practice course offered to certificated operators in traditional aviation, this course is tailored to RPAS operators who do not have a regulated requirement for a full Safety Management System.
